What began as a personal passion for health, wellness, and longevity transformed into a purpose-driven career dedicated to empowering others. From an early age, I prioritized feeling my best—inside and out—through movement and nourishing foods. However, it wasn’t until I faced the disconnect of a fast-paced career that I truly understood the importance of holistic well-being.
Despite following all the “right” health habits, I struggled with gut issues, disconnection, and imbalance. That turning point led me to explore a more integrated approach—focusing not just on nutrition and movement but also on mental and emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and mindful living. Rediscovering balance became my path to feeling aligned and whole.
With a background in psychology from McGill University and certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’ve combined my personal journey with professional training to help others thrive. My approach focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From building healthier habits to improving nutrition, gut health, and stress management, you’ll receive the guidance and accountability needed to transform your well-being.

All health coaching sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to feel comfortable in your own space and fully focus on the work we’re doing together.

You don’t have to choose a coaching plan on your own. During our introductory session, we’ll explore your goals and current situation, and I’ll recommend the plan that best suits your needs!

After our introductory session, we’ll discuss the coaching plan options and payment details. Flexible payment options are available, including upfront payments and instalment plans.
